YES!!!!!!

Our school is proposing its very own Educational Tour to United States of America where we would be visiting none other than the legendary space centre of USA- NASA at Orlando, Florida.

Why should your child take this tour?

• This educational tour would provide your child with international exposure and a lot of educational experiences which would help him become a world citizen.
• The tour would be conducted by Education First- World’s largest private educational organization which has more than 40 years of experience in global education.
• The tour explores how organisms- including humans- interact with their environment. Epcot’s World Showcase looks at architecture from around the world while Animal Kingdom and Sea World at Orlando sensitizes him towards our ecology.
• It is once in a life-time chance where he would be visiting NASA Kennedy Space Centre and understanding our outer space in detail.
• He/she would be accompanied by a teacher from our school and also by highly trained Tour Director in USA.
• It provides the students with unmediated exposure to new culture and develops their critical thinking.
• Additionally international experience will also enhance their university applications and resumes.

A few details of the same are given below. For further details please contact the PRO at the front office.

• The tour would take place in May 2009.
• It is an 8 day tour which includes- airfare ex-Ahmedabad, Visa fees, boarding, all meals, tips, guided tour and all sightseeing.
• Vegetarian continental meals would be provided.
• Your friends or family between the ages of 11-18 years who are NOT in our school may apply for the tour. (Please meet the PRO for further details.)
• The cost of the tour would be Rs. 2,35,000/-. Bookings can be made by paying an initial amount of Rs. 35,000/-. The balance payments have to be made before the 5^th of March 2009.
• It is compulsory to have a passport before you apply for visa. It is the sole responsibility of the parent to arrange for a passport.
• Assistance for visa, documents and training for the visa interview would be provided by Eftours.
• However any assurance about the visa cannot be granted. Moreover in case a visa is not granted an amount of Rs. 23,000/- (towards visa fee, insurance premium and hotel and airlines cancellation charges) would be deducted and the rest would be refunded.
• Please note: Charges to and fro Mumbai for visa purpose, postal charges, shopping and personal expenses, etc. are NOT included in the cost.
