The Save Energy Caravan-2009
The Rally……Ooooooooops , The Save Energy Caravan was definitely the Headlines of Devashish for the year!!!
The very idea of the theme, the small simple projects on the theme from June-November, the brain storming of ideas for making the event Mega…. Mega…. Mega….. was all mind blowing!!!
The involvement of every one from the Management to the Principal to the the parents, to the peons , to the neighbourhood……..to everyone under the sun was indispensible and highly appreciable…..
The making of the jingles, slogans (and shouting them out barely leaving the lungs in place !!),the tableaus, the banners, the crowns (though they did not like one in case of English Medium) , the oceans of colours, fevicol, thinners and water flooding in the mind lab was spectacular…….Every one believed they were artists and were born creative (U don’t think so?? That’s your problem)……..
Last but not the least the Camels proudly flaunting THE SAVE ENERGY SASHES around their necks was very sweet………. Kids never had such a lovely camel cart ride right around the city…. They say.
The tableaus – from showing the misuse of energy to its ideal use both at home and on streets to a wonderful tomorrow after the wise use of energy was highly appreciated by everyone!!
The management and the Principals can never forget the wonderful efforts put in by Israni Sir to supply the required stationary, Ramesh Sir to get us those Camels (who did a lot of Nakhras…..I mean the camels not Rameshbhai), Suresh Sir who had a one point programme decorating the misuse cart, Rakeshbhai – our traffic manager who had a solution to all problems Vyas Sir to make the lovely poetic ads for the rally, Mr. Rajubhai (Disha Studio) for giving us his studio to record the same, Mukesh Sir for making the very very real BRTS Bus ,his team who could dismantle the bus in 4 minutes, the male staff of both the mediums to manage the traffic and definitely our entire students and staff without whom The Save Energy Caravan would only be a dream!!!

its really very UN describable MEGA event… even then in the preparation of this event i feel we all were prepare in like family function and moreover all we work like in a group like family member… and i think its called TEAM SPIRIT… THANKS……
