Picnic to Gandhinagar Garden (Guj.Med.)

Gujarati Medium Primary section had gala time at Gandhinagar Garden!! Kids have enjoyed in almost all the rides and played almost every game possible!! Not only students but teachers also have enjoyed the trip fully……Smiles on their faces says it all!!

PICNIC 2012 (KG-Std.3 EM)

No event was more awaited than the Picnic of my babies of KG- Std.3. As the days rolled by after our seniors were taken for picnic , these babies felt terribly cheated and thought that there was no picnic this year for them!!
I personally walked to every class after the circulars for the same were distributed and to develop a pre-picnic mood, I talked about the fun we would have , our travel , food, games etc etc ………….with the broken trust they had on me to my surprise the next day when I asked them, what would we have for lunch in picnic , each kid gave me his/her own version of KHANA (probably they thought , ye picnic nahin le jane vali hain!!)
But the D Day was different. It was sheer fun!! Kids left like fully charged batteries and when we returned they were DHO……………………NNNNNN…………Completely drained out with all the fun they had!! Not a single ride which we thought was meant for adults frightened them!!
(The picnic photos are of poor quality and in poor numbers due to technical reasons which we really regret!!)

It sometimes happens in Education!!

This little puppy was a subject of today’s study in the Pre-primary section…….But , hey!! Where is the study??? The subject is now here……and now there!!…………So there is NO STUDY!!

Kids and teachers of the section dressed in different attire and celebrated days like Retro Day, Jeans Day, Mismatch Day, Red & Black Day, Professional Day etc etc. What a fun-filled week it was!! Dress to Kill:
I (princi mom) am really out dated!! I should have known what dress to kill means!!………….Good heavens!! What variety we can have in dressing was seen on this day!! I was indeed killed…….

Tapori Day / Back to School Day/Anti-corruption Day :
The Taporis (only on the out side…….with a wonderful within ) were found moving everywhere with all the Dadagiri until they came across Anna Hazares (from the lower classes) moving with confidence to crush all their Dadagiri.
The teachers in uniforms spreading a message of dignity in uniforms which brings along dignity in behavior was clearly noticed!!

Traditional Day:
Who says traditionality has gone…..Children of Devashish love Indianism to the core…..The traditional day celebration was once in a life time offer for all!! All the states of India on one ground……….Looked marvelous …….India indeed is diverse and beautiful!!

Twins Day

Devashishans celebrate twins day today. The beauty with which each child has tried to be a look alike of one other is mind blowing!! (sometimes 2 others as several triplets and quadruplets were also seen)

Diya and Card making competition (GM-Primary)

Students of Guj. Med.primary has welcomed Diwali by making beautiful Diyas and Cards!! The competition was extremely difficult to judge for top 3 prizes as every single diya and card was a master piece itself!! Just see for yourself and you’ll be agree with us!!

Picnic to Shanku’s-2011

Who says a repeated picnic venue becomes a last choice??? The ducks of Devashish think differently!!
They believe, picnic venues are many and they are Water parks…..Water parks……….Water parks!! Four buses full of students made it to Shanku’s from 9 to 5 with a thrill which is still remembered!!The babies had to be hauled out of water as they refused to listen to the whistles which we blew almost emptying out our lungs ………..

Clay and Collage (GM Primary Sec.)
